Shipping Information
We cater for Australian and International postage and we aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 4pm (AWST).
Australian Orders
FREE EXPRESS AUSTRALIAN shipping on all orders over $100AUD. Use the CODE ‘DOWNUNDER’ at checkout.
We use Australia Post, Please note we are outside the Australia Post next day delivery network so cannot guarantee next day delivery for any orders!
Please note: Processing of your order can take up to 24 hours before your items are in the post. We are a small business and we always endeavour to have your items to you promptly.
We offer both Standard and Express Delivery options. Standard Delivery takes between 2-7 business days and is a flat rate of $10.00AUD. They are packed and tracked to your destination. Express Delivery takes around 1-4 business days. This fee is a flat rate of $15.00AUD for priority processing, postage and handling of your items and is packed and tracked to your destination.
International Orders
FREE SHIPPING on all international orders over $150AUD. Use the CODE ‘MATESRATES’ at checkout.
Orders are currently a flat rate charge of $25AUD for up to 2kg of items. Depending on your region the parcel will either be packed and tracked or registered post to your destination. Standard delivery is estimated 4-10 working days, excluding airport processing, customs and any industry strike.
This is a NO SIGNATURE delivery service.
International orders are subject to duty fees and taxes enforced by customs within your country. We are not held liable for any fees or taxes charged to you by your government. Refusal to pay these taxes is considered abandonment of the package, and no refunds will be offered in this case.
If you are concerned about the taxes in your country, please email us and we may be able to arrange Standard shipping via the post. Packages sent in this way generally do not incur government taxes, although unfortunately we can't guarantee this. Please note that Standard shipping is at the customer's own risk - there are severe delays and we will not be held liable for missing or late packages.
Returns Information
Non-sale items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange of an item of the same value provided that the item is returned in its original condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed & all labels, tags and compostable hygiene sticker still attached. The customer must cover the full cost of postage for all returns to & from Me for the Sea Swim. If you would like to return an item please send an email with your name & the product you are wishing to exchange to mefortheseaswim@gmail.com and include a small note with your full name & the item you would like exchanged. Please include a return self addressed envelope for your return to be sent back to you.
International Exchange
As above with domestic, the customer must cover the full cost of postage for all returns to & from Me for the Sea Swim. If you would like to return an item please send an email with your name & the product you are wishing to exchange to mefortheseaswim@gmail.com and include a small note with your full name & the item you would like exchanged.
We do not offer free returns & returns will not be accepted & returned to sender if a self addressed post parcel bag is not included. All returns that do not comply with our returns policy will be returned to sender without exchange.
